	A real estate agent with a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) has been trained over and above what an average licensee is required to know in order to become a real estate agent. This additional training is an indicator of a realtor’s commitment to professionalism and quality service.
	The ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation is a benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. The National Association of Realtors awards it to those professionals who meet specific experience criteria
	Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) are required to go through hours of learning the principles associated with superior home design and quality construction. Only 5 percent of all realtors in the U.S. have a CRS designation.
	SLREP (Sedona Luxury Real Estate Professionals) is a select group of Sedona Realtors who are active in the luxury real estate market and promote Sedona’s higher-end properties. Lee Congdon is one of the group’s founding members.
